"The body never lies; however, we must ask the right questions and in the right way."
— Dr. Goodheart
Etymologically, kinesiology or the "science of movement" is a therapeutic discipline that balances 4 dimensions: mental, emotional, physical and energetic.
Kinesiology was born from chiropractic. It combines Western approaches with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to offer a holistic view of health.
It is based on the principle that the body records the details of our lived experience, constantly receiving information about our environment and our identity. Physical tensions and pain are manifestations of deeper imbalances.
The kinesiologist's main tool is the Muscle Indicator Test (MI) and the Arm Reflex Test (AR).
The practitioner establishes a communication with the body by stretching the patient's arms: if one arm appears shorter, this indicates a stress that can be worked on and corrected.
This dialogue with the body allows us to identify the root causes of imbalances and apply the appropriate corrections to restore harmony.
